Second miscarriage

The light spotting I had turned heavier so I went to the ER. my hcg levels were only 50 (I'm 5 weeks along) and they couldn't find a baby (said it might be to early) but because of this and the bleeding said I probably miscarried and I didn't know. I haven't passed any clots but the cramping is there and bleeding is heavy now. I feel so discouraged. I feel like my body keep rejecting the one thing I want most in this world.
