Baby acne. It's normal.

If it feels dry to the touch at all it might be baby eczema. My son has it. We put Aquaphor on it twice a day and it cleared right up.

Baby acne! Totally normal! Your baby was attached to you for 9 months so the acne is your hormones leaving babies body. It will go away soon! Also breast milk helps minimize it. I pour a little and put it on his acne and a few hours the redness goes away and 80% of the time baby acne disappears. Obviously it will come back in same or other places but just for a few weeks. Don't pinch them though!

My daughter when thru the same had baby acne luckily her skin is clearing up wonderfully and i can finally feel her soft skin like it should be!!! What helped my daughter was Aveeno eczema lotion

I think just baby acne like the others said. It goes away usually. Also he's adorable!

I agree with the other ladies . Babies skin get all kind of blemishes and red blotches and spots.  This looks like baby acne.  I wouldn't worry at all.  His skin looks 100% normal
