When do you plan to start shopping for baby

I bought a onsie before I was pregnant that read "For this child we have prayed" Had it for awhile and then I found out I was expecting a little miracle ❤️ I used the onsie as an announcement for my family and it brought so many tears of joy. I'll be 5 weeks tomorrow and I have bought a few more clothes and nursery items. It makes it all feel more real and we've waiting for this for so many years I want to experience everything as much as I can and not think "what if something  went wrong" because I know I would stress too much if I did so I look at the positive side and continue to look for baby items because it's what passes the time and brings me joy and excitement ❤️

Not planning on shopping until after the anatomy ultrasound. I didn't end up using anything gender neutral that I purchased for my first child.

I made the mistake of starting a "secret" registry for myself. I MC'd around 9 weeks (D&C). I had to delete that registry.

Maybe I'm superstitious but I don't even want to look at anything until I'm about 20-30 weeks.

I'm waiting until I'm in my second trimester. I've always been told it's bad luck to buy for baby in the first trimester.
