A Dog's Purpose

Savannah
Upon the viewing of the trending video clips from the set of "A Dog's Purpose," many people decided to boycott the film as they thought they were abusing the animal on the set. The American Humans Society did an independent investigation on the incident and came to the conclusion that it's true no animals were harmed in the making of the film. Here is the link if you'd like to read: https://www.americanhumane.org/press-release/independent-investigative-report-on-a-dogs-purpose-finds-edited-video-mischaracterized-what-happened-on-the-set/ (yes I'm aware links don't work.) Are you still boycotting the movie if you previously said so? I'd also like to raise the question: how do you think social media and misleading news that becomes trending is impacting us and how we perceive the world? Personally, I think it's awful and people become outraged and spread misinformation yet never look into it to see if it's true or not. Including me. We're mostly all guilty of it.
