Nuvaring cause it doesn't make me nauseous and it's easy to keep track of and have a regular period. You only have to think about it every three weeks not every day

Personally I chose iud because I got pregnant in the pill & patch before so once I had my daughter I insisted on something more reliable.  But currently am pregnant & no birth control
