Anyone else taking progesterone in first trimester? Wanting to hear anything you guys know about it or any personal experiences.

I started when I found out (3 weeks and maybe 4 days?). That was my doctors plan- as soon as I had a BFP, I'd begin! This was due to a mc in September due to low progesterone. I'm taking it orally, and am 5 weeks 2 days now, my first scan is Feb 13! Good luck to ya!

Yes I do.  I take 2 pills vaginally 3 times a day, so 600mg a day (helllllo bloating!). I've been on them since four weeks and have had five previous losses.  Currently 9.5 weeks and fingers crossed this one keeps progressing.  :)

I did as well! I took the suppositories. My husband and I have had two losses before this pregnancy and we are currently 26weeks 4days!!!! Good luck to you love!

200 mg! At my first blood draw my progesterone was 22. I guess my doctor likes to keep everyone at 20 or above.

Started shots at 15 weeks and got them  every week till 36 weeks with my DD. I will be starting them again at the same time with this one.

I was on vaginal cream inserts twice a day, and then I started bleeding after my ultrasound, so I switched to injections. It's pretty terrible. I thought I hated the cream, but injections are worse.
I get blood drawn in a few days and find out when I can start tapering off the progesterone.
I'm IVF, 2nd FET, 6wks pregnant. I've been on progesterone since maybe 2 weeks before the FET?

Yes I am until I'm 13 weeks, I didn't ovulate on my own as I had little to no progesterone when I had labs done before I got pregnant. It makes me have acne.. I never had acne. Otherwise no complaints. One more week or so of it. Hoping my skin gets better but I'm doubtful because I'm having twins and apparently the amount they produce is insane lol.

I did. I took it orally. Couldn't deal with the vaginal part.  So far so good after 2 losses. I can't believe it. I'm at 17 weeks. Now I take the injections and I am just coming to believe this may be the one.

I insert a suppository every night before bed.  So far so good 2 previous miscarriages and I am now 14 weeks.  Still taking it until I go back on the 16th of this month and will go from there.
