Hello! I'm 4 weeks 5 days with my first pregnancy. My first appointment is a week from today but all day long I've had this intermittent cramp type pain, but only on my left side. I'll feel it for a 1-2 seconds, then it will go away, then come back every minute or two. A little sharp but not super painful just worrisome! I've been crying and terrified it's an ectopic pregnancy. No bleeding though. Any advice or similar symptoms, friends?
