Back pain remedies?

Question

I am 11+4 today and I have lower back pain already (as if constant nausea and morning sickness since week 3 isn't bad enough)..
I'm wondering what others have done to alleviate back pain, especially trying to sleep. Prefer to not taking any pain killers currently.

Back rubs from hubby whenever possible, I put the shower on medium (but very warm) and I turn around and let the water fall on the area for a few minutes - it's the best!

Alternate heat and ice for no longer then 15 mins at a time med heat only. Order you a pregnancy support belt it don't take the pains completely away but help make it tolerable. Warm baths help and have so to rub lotion on and massage afterwards feels amazing c

Do you have a good chiropractor? I go every other week, and it feels great! He has a table that makes room for pregnant bellies. :) I've been having back pain with this baby (my 2nd) since 7 weeks, and getting adjusted is the only thing that helps! I also avoid pain meds at all cost!

I've been getting lower back soreness on and off... we have a decent mattress but I wish it was a bit firmer now I think it would help. I'm going to look into a mattress topper for more support. Also download a pregnancy by trimester workout app. That way you can find healthy ways to stretch your back and hamstrings. My right hip also popped out of place today, ugh- definitely need to work on my hip flexers. Pregnancy definitely magnifies any physical flaws!
