When do you know the right time to have a baby

I don't really know when to have a baby and what's the right time. I'm 20 and my boyfriend just proposed to me, he's 23. We are both working people, and we want a child. I make 200,000 and he makes double that and I just want to know the right time to have a baby.

The advice I got when talking to a friend is that you are honestly never 100% ready. There is always somethin that isent set in stone like money, food, daycare, time just stuff like that. On the other hand she was 17 when she had hers and she is an awesome mom and never regrets it.
