So went Monday for an U/S because I was having some weird cramping... Dr said everything is fine, seems like I ovulated from my left ovary and there's a small cyst there.  Yolk sac is visible and in the uterus (where it should be) but we couldn't see Baby yet ... Tech said I'm measuring about 5w, not 6w like we thought based on my LMP... she said maybe I ovulated later.  I'm going back Tuesday for my 1st OB & another U/S ... anyone else had something similar happen?
