Does having a cold affect chances of conception??

My husband has had a cold during my fertile week but we still ended up BDing most fertile days now that my fertile week is over I'm down with a cold also. Just wondering if any of you ladies know if this will affect chances of conception?

No it doesn't, I had a very high fever in my fertile days and I went to see a doctor and asked her, she told me that being sick doesn't affect what's going on down there. So you're in the clear :) hopefully this is your month, good luck :)
