Please some advise

So my husband and I have been having some issues lately, I always find myself tired and want to sleep.

I average about 12 hrs of sleep.

He works from 4am/3pm and comes home and is awake until 11:30/12 he only sleeps 4/5 hours max. I set my alarms and I don't know how I don't here them! He says I sleep way to much I don't even eat anything when I leave to work at 2:30 at work I find myself tired as well I get of at 11pm and I'm done for the day.

This routine has been going on for months now. I don't know what's wrong with me, feel like I myself am a failing wife that can't get up, because ones I shut my eyes I can't get up for at least 12 hrs

I don't really have a social life so its hard to get advice from anyone else but my mom

She says I need to get up, have plenty of alarms but they can be ringing for hours and I still won't get up

ADVICE PLEASE :/
