If you've had a cesarean, it is recommended to wait 2 years before having another.

I wasn't ready for #2 until my first was 3. Then it took us awhile to get pregnant, and of course 9 months to bake, so they are 4 1/2 yrs apart. I wouldn't have it any other way. My daughter is in LOVE with her little brother, and is old enough to help out, play independently, get herself snacks etc. definitely made maternity leave easier.

We plan on trying for our next when our daughter is around a year to a year and a half, so that they can be around two years apart. That feels like the perfect age gap to me.

I have 3 kids, I try again once baby is age 1 so they're close to 2 years apart. Love it.
