how do I dry my breast milk?

Please help, my breasts are killing me. I can't breast feed because of the prescriptions I'm on. How do I dry my milk? I've tried cabbage leaves and idk if I'm doing it wrong but it doesn't work for me.

Do you have a lot of milk still ? You can't just quit cold turkey because you might end up with mastitis . Pump out a little to relieve pressure a few times a day , then next day pump less , and just keep going down in frequency and amount you pump out until it's gone completely . It takes a while to get them dried up .. at least for me it did
