Really bad headaches...??

For the past couple of weeks ive been getting horrible headahces and it feels like theyre turning into migraines. Im not sexually active or anything I wont have my period till possibly the 21st of the month

I have chronic migraines and have since I was 14. They are awful!! I would recommend seeing a doctor. I'm on a daily medicine to keep them away and it has really helped but it's so hard to function when you have one...hope you find something that helps!!!

I would definitely go see your doctor- anytime things go on for an extended period of time or get worse (in this case you have both) you should go in. It could be hormones, stress, or I get horrible migrains but mine are genetics. I will say that going gluten free has cut down on the frequency and harshness of mine. Good luck!!
