should I risk it 🤔

I have had two surgeries already removing tumors from both my breast the first time they removed a tumor slightly smaller then a golf ball from one breast and the size of a marbel from the other the second time when I went in for a year check up from my surgery they found another one the size of a dime all times have been benign tumors. Last week while checking my self I felt another one but I have so many doctor bills from my surgeries that I had to take a year off from college because I couldn't take out a loan until I paid off my $5,000 in bills  I have got it down to $3,000 but I really do not want to go to the doctor again to get this new lump checked out should I go or should I just wait.
