My ex and I had a son together. My son is 4 and lives with me, his dad had supervised visits, and just recently got off them, but is only allowed 2 hours at a time.

Today is his first unsupervised visit. I asked him to show me that he has a drivers license due to I didn't think he had one and he would be driving our son around. He fought and fought about how he wasn't going to show me, and said that I have no right asking for it. Well... he finally came forward and admitted he had a PERMIT and has had it for a year, so I denied him getting our son. So, now he's having his gf drive him to pick up our son.

I also asked to see hers as to him lying about his. He still won't allow me to see either of theirs. Should I have a cop here and ask to show them or just deny the visit all together. OR am I over reacting.

I also offered that if he shows us his, then my SO and I would provide ours. We have nothing to hide.
