Only birth control I've been on is Depo Povera for the last couple years on and off. I've never gotten pregnant on it. I'm thinking about changing birth controls because after I had my baby and got on it again..I've brrm having real bad cramps sometimes. When I'm not on my period (Its not near my period either) and sometimes real emotional too and a picky eater. Which birth control is more affective ? I just dont want to get pregnant 😷right now. My hubby always cums in me. Please help
