Is it bad to stock up on baby items now ?

I'm 20yrs , I'll be 21 2016 , the day of my birthday i plan on getting an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> artificial insemination. Unless something happens before then , but i love being single so i doubt it. I want to stock up on Neutral item's like pack n play, clothes, get some medication like for fevers , wipes and diapers, high chair , crib , swing , etc . ? I just really want to start now and still continue when I'm pregnant and so forth. ❤💋❤💋
