18w6d US. "guessed" it's a girl! SURPRISE! UPDATE!!!!

Okay, so I am going a tad crazy over here. I can't help but fight this feeling that I am indeed carrying a boy. I had my US at 18.6 weeks and she said she was going to guess girl and even noted it. The baby was in breech position and she had a hard time getting a clear shot so she had me move from one side to the other and landed on what she called "a descent image". I accepted that I was carrying a girl until I walked into the postal office and this random lady told me I was having a boy which I replied with "Haha, no, we just found out we are actually having our third girl :)." from there she told me I was going to be surprised and that ultrasounds aren't always correct. Pfft. Now, I have NO idea what to think. I only received one photo of the potty shot and I am really interested in hearing what anyone might have to say. There are no definitive three lines. I'm not sure if I'm looking at swollen labia or the scrotum. I have two girls and now that I think about it, this looks nothing like what I saw from their potty shots. My DD's had 3 solid lines, this looks more "plump".  Please don't get my wrong, baby is healthy and that is the most important thing. Could this random, sweet woman be right? Please help!!!Thank you!
