cracked heels?

I have never had such dry/cracked heels on my feet, in my life. It hurts to walk bc then it puts pressure on my heels and cracks more. What do you ladies use to heal cracked heels? Just lotion? Or neosporin (can I use that while pregnant)? I am 31+2. Thanks y'all!!

Ew my feet are so bad like that ALL OVER! Its the worst. Ive always had dry skin, but jeeze... not to this point. I saw someone comment and say to use coconut oil so i will try that.

Coconut oil or lotion, and then socks. It feels weird as hell but it works! 
Yes you can use neosporin but it won't help keep the skin smooth.

Bag balm also works awesome!!! Or Vaseline

Coconut oil and then wrap your feet in a plastic shopping bag and leave it on for a hour or two
