Ladies

Alright so I was with a boyfriend 2 years and we were ttc off and on. Never got pregnant. Was with this new guy got pregnant month #2 of trying. Now 2 years later I'm with hubby and we've been ttc for 2 months but haven't been using protection since we got married in May other than pulling out which I know is not birth control. Should I be concerned? Tia and no bashing please.
