Really down. :(
This may sound stupid, but I almost passed out from running a short distance.
I had done cardio earlier today. But I've never had such a distinct limit. Working out and fitness was all I had. Now I'm 12lbs heavier, nervous about eating, feel fat, have more fat, and I still workout every day. Now I don't even have that. Apparently, my body can't handle it. :( I'm 14w tomorrow.... And I'm so frustrated. So sad. :(
