How long does nursing take?

Does anyone else's baby take a long time to breastfeed?

I've read they it can be normal and to just let baby take his time as needed, but also have read that they usually become more efficient by now (my son is 12 weeks).

My little guy takes usually an hour to nurse (sometimes more). I dont mind him taking a long time, but I feel like it gets in the way of him getting as good of naps/play time as he could get since we have to then feed 3 hrs from the start of the prev feeding. Anyone else's little one take a long time as well, is it normal?
