Brazilian and hemorrhoids

So this is totally embarrassing- I've been getting Brazilians for most of my pregnancy and I just noticed I have a small hemorrhoid or two and I'm not sure how long they've been there as I cant see down there. I could have had them during my last wax but I'm not sure. Will a waxer still do it? Will it hurt anymore?
