Swelling on ONE side of my face. Is it normal?

Swelling on ONE side of my face? I can't open my eye any bigger than it is... I just was at the OBGYN a couple days ago and everything looked ok...Is this normal? I have had a headache for a couple days now and he prescribed be a medication for it... I know for a fact I'm not dehydrated. I'm 31 weeks and 4 days.

PLEASE CALL YOUR OB ASAP! Thats a huge sign of pre-eclampsia! I had a swollen face too at 33, weeks, my doc saw me the next day, diagnosed me after a  24 hour urine test in the hospital, i was put on bedrest and then had my son at 34 weeks. 
Please please please call your doctor!

I think that might be a sign of preclampsia . call ur doctor .

Definitely a sign of preeclampsia if your OB doesn't do anything I would suggest getting another one

I got my blood pressure checked. 
It was slightly high, but not high enough to cause concern. My urine sample was perfect too.
 Obgyn said it could have been the way I was laying, maybe I had a lot of sodium or its just something that happens. 
They are going to be checking to make sure it isn't preeclampsia though
