How long should a 1 month old baby be awake for during the day between naps?

My little girl was awake for 7 hours straight today and ended up being so so so very overtired.

My baby girl is a month n 18days n I've been using this as guideline so that she won't be overly tired from being up for hrs

60-90 minutes max. The more u set a routine and stick to it, the easier it becomes.  Keep in mind that with time,  baby will also like to stay up longer periods of time. My daughter is 16 weeks old and she stays awake for 2.5-3 hrs, with 30 minutes naps during the day.
