Anyone else get butt hole cramps on my period? (Like the first 48 hours?)

Question

Basically a butt hole cramp is where you feel like your butt hole is cramping up and you basically drop everything your doing because of the pain. If any of you knows why this happens please comment and save a life.

Lmfao sphincter spasms yes, they're muscle spasms.  I get them randomly. Also happens after having kids.
