Ok, I have pcos insulin resistance no cysts on my ovaries. In October my dr put me on metformin and phentermine to help with weight loss since then I have lost 30 lbs. Beofre January 4,2017 I haven't had a period in almost 4 years. I started mine recently on Jan. 4, 2017 and finally ended on Feb 5,2017 it was painful and horrible. But my dr told me it was to be expected since it's been so long since I've had one. My question is with it being my first period in a very long time, would there be a chance I could ovulate? Me and my husband did have sex last night (sorry tmi) and I used pressed I've heard a lot of success stories with it. But I haven't bought any ovulation test or anything like that I have no idea when the best time to test. Just wanna hear some similar stories or advice. We really want baby #2 and have been trying for around 5 years. My body is just now feeling like normal if that makes sense. (Sorry to ramble on I was trying to get as much info out as possible) thank you in advance.Â
