What do you for it if you do celebrate?

And why don't you, otherwise?

We will probably get each other a card but we don't make it a big deal. Although I like to make it fun for my son. We will do a vday craft together (cards for his grandparents and aunts). Hubby has to work anyway, so my son will be my little Valentine this year.

I don't because it is a pagan holiday and the history is very tragic and sad. America has turned it corporate, yes, but the history is what matters most in my opinion. But I do lile the "Valentines" blankets. Those tend to be very soft and worth the expense.

For Valentine's Day we go to work, text each other on our breaks then we go for dinner and he takes me to the closest mall to buy a bunch of junk food so we can go home and watch movies together

My Birthday is exactly a week before.. so as a grown woman in a relationship.. WE.. meaning him.. hahaha.. only celebrate one or the other.. and my birthday is more personal than a day everyone celebrates.. 😍
