A guy friend I'm talking to called my boobs "nonexistent" and I mean they are small. I'm like a 32B but I just thought nonexistent was offensive.

You're not being sensitive. That's rude and body shaming. Maybe you don't have large breast but referring to them as "nonexistent "  isn't cool. You should not have to second guess how you feel in your body. How would he like it if you referred to his dick as "nonexistent"
