Does this look like lip-tie to you?

Yes. My sons looks similar. We had a painful latch at first but never "corrected" the lip tie and breastfeeding is going strong at 9 months. He did just get his 2 top teeth and I think it caused a little gap

If it's stretchy it shouldn't cause any issues with breastfeeding

I have found a picture online similar to that saying it's a lip tie BUT my son has the same thing and the doctor has never said anything nor does my son have any issues . Consult with a doctor it's best !

Really? My daughter has this, she's almost 8 months old I haven't seen an issue anywhere.. she is ebf but will not and has not taken a bottle but a handful of times.. hmmmm

Yes, does baby have tongue tie? Usually a lip tie is an indicator of a tongue tie. My LO has these. We haven't been able to have them cut yet.

Def. My little girl has the same. We chose not to have it cut and she is 1 month old. She's slowly (knocking on wood) getting the hang of breastfeeding now
