Slowly but surely...
Its so hard! I stopped eating beef & pork over a year ago, & this past November I dove headfirst into veganism. I kind of set myself up for failure. After about 3 weeks I gave in, but was strictly vegetarian. I LOVE eggs. (Give me all the eggs) I love Greek yogurt, cottage cheese & honey. These foods are impossible for me to quit! Any suggestions on how to give them up? And also maybe some good substitutions? It makes it even harder to be the only vegan in your family, your friends group, and living with a fiancé who eats meat (he tried!) The road is bumpy.. but! I'm getting there 🌱💗
