How to grow hair fast?

My hair seems to never be growing it's  been the same length for almost a year.. How can I make it grow longer and fast?

I've been taking hair, nail & skin vitimins for a while now and it seems to be helping my hair never grows too untill I starting taking the vitimins. Worth a try

Vitimans like biotin help. Avoid putting your hair up in a pony tail or bun since it causes some breakage. Avoid heated styling tools! That is a major one. If you do use heat then have a heat protection spray. Dont dye it either. 
Eating healthier/drinking more water helps and eating salmon does wonders for your hair.
Do a weekly deep conditioning and trim your split ends every couple months.

Those are just some things I do and my hairs growing finally!

I have been taking biotin and women's everyday vitamins for awhile now. I have noticed my hair is growing stronger & shinier. Also, I no longer use shampoo or conditioner and can tell my hair has grown at least an inch or 2 in the last month. Look up "no poo hair" on Google or Pinterest for your ideal remedy. I use baking soda & vinegar. It covers why you should consider using this option- I love it! Ps. Hair does NOT smell after being rinsed and I don't have to wash my hair for 4-5 days!

I had to cut 10 inches off because i kept damaging it and thinking if i want long hair i should never cut it. I was dead wrong.  So i got rid of all my dead ends due to bleach and cut out to my chin after doing that and taking prenatals after just a month and a half my hair grew 2inches.
