Ladiesss 😨😨🙋😨😨 Question!!!

I woke up with my nipples feeling like somebody set them on fire.. Weirdest feeling ever !! my boobs are sore.. But nothing ever happened to my nipples. They were burning like crazy.. I still feel it but not as bad as 2 hours ago. Anybody experience this? Early signs of pregnancy? Had unprotected sex on Jan. 28, AF due Feb.12 .... Is it too early to feel anything if I was pregnant?
