7 weeks pregnant, all symptoms have stopped!!! panicking!

I'm 7 weeks pregnant today but as of 2 days ago my symptoms have stopped. I'm no longer feeling nauseous and my boobs have stopped hurting. I've not had any cramps or bleeding but I'm still super worried. The dr didn't exactly put my mind at ease either. Has anyone else has this happen?
