Bumpers?

I hear different things about baby bumpers in the crib regarding safety.... Any feedback would be great

No bumpers, blankets, stuffed animals for our girl.

I used bumpers with my first, I took them off one time to wash and she got her leg stuck up to her knee in between the crib bars. Left a nasty bruise. I plan on using them for my second as well for the same reason. I don't see anything wrong with them. Older generations used them and we all turned out ok. It's really just a personal preference. There are so many dos and donts now days and half of them don't even make sense. Just do what you think is best for YOUR child and try not to get too lost in what the Internet and this mom or that mom says is right.

I didn't use bumpers, and even with my son I had to take all his covers away and dress him accordingly to the temperature of his bedroom! Even at 2 now he still likes to cover his face in his sleep, so I have to creep in every night and remove everything from his face!
So I prefer not to, the only time I start relaxing a little bit is when they're able to roll back and forth on their own.

No bumpers. They've even stopped making them with most companies bc of the suffocation risk. A tight fitted sheet is the only thing recommended to be in/on the crib.

I personally am going to use a mesh bumper so IF a baby is against it they cannot suffocate.

They make mesh ones now to help prevent sids and legs getting stuck. Don't use a bumper. Too risky.
