I'm 10 weeks and 5 days and my symptoms are going away .  I don't feel sick anymore and my boobs don't hurt . I'm not cramping but occasionally have pain in my lower back . I am so worried 😩

Doesn't mean miscarriage. Miscarriage you have bleeding. Cramping is normal. It's uterus enlarging. Your next appt soon?

My symptoms started to dissipate around 9 weeks. My doctor says it's perfectly normal for your symptoms to start levelling out as you approach the second trimester. That's when they should start to go away. I'm 11 weeks and don't have much except for bloating and occasional twinges/cramps. Those are a good sign uterus is growing for baby! Don't stress if you don't have bleeding. Xx

I stopped having symptoms at 10 weeks and haven't really had anything other than back pain (but I have scoliosis so that's not really due to pregnancy)
