I have a transvaginal ultrasound on the 18th of January. The tech said I had a 3cm cyst on my right ovary and asked if it ever caused me problems. My answer was no. I had no idea I had any cysts. Sex wasn't painful and I didn't feel it otherwise. I'm 6 or 7 dpo and I keep getting these random sharp pains on that side. Do you think I'm just now starting to feel this cyst? There's no telling how long it's been there, or if it's still there. Doctor didn't seem too concerned with it.
