24 weeks & 4 days pregnant

Okay so by now my feet are sore and my fingers look fat😥 at times my face is too, Mostly looking swollen when I wake up in middle of the night. Baby movements are 247 throughout the day and night . Also my boobs leak a clear sticky liquid once in a while . here's the thing u know the little piece of armpit fat skin we all have?.its huge like it's swollen i'dk what it is or means? Any suggestions. ...

I posted a picture but bad camera qualities but hard to see but it looks like a bump. It's now hard or swollen but it's bigg! Doesn't hurt ether.
