My knickers felt very wet so went  for wee and they were wet looked like dischsrge but then when I wiped this? Isit a little tiny bit of plug?

Just discharge. You'll know the plug when you see it. Also, parts of the plug can be lost early on and that doesn't mean much but when it's streaked with blood, that's the bloody show. Many women go into labor soon after the bloody show but some take days or weeks.
