What is everyone's opinions on cloth diapering?

Everyone I know who has kids and cloth diapers loves it. I personally would use a mix. Cloth at home and disposable out.

I tried and it wasn't for me. My baby got horrible diaper rash no matter what I did until I went to disposable. I was disappointed because I really wanted to make it work, but that was just my experience. I totally respect those who do it.

We plan on if for the incredible amount of money we'll save- my sister in law did it and her daughter is potty trained at 18 months!

I don't personally have my own kids so haven't tried it on them but I worked at a preschool where some kids used them and the few who did use them always seemed to have diaper rash no matter how often I changed them. I would ask the mom's repeatedly if there was anything else we needed to do differently with the cloth diapers to prevent the rash and they said no. I always felt bad for the kids, they would cry so bad from the horrible rash :(

I love cloth diapering only stopped with my daughter because I got pregnant again & was too nauseous to handle the poopie diapers. Most likely going back after this baby is born.

I have a few friends on Facebook that uses cloth diapers and they are adorable and environmentally sound.
If I ever have the chance I will try them!

We plan in using cloth at home and disposables when out. I'm a bit list when it comes to best cloth brands and would love to hear opinions!
