ovulation cramping?

Question

I came off birth control on Christmas Day and started ttc. My January ovulation and period was on time but I had mild dull cramps on my left side for 2 days while ovulating and no cramps during my period. This month my ovulation was on time....Tuesday of this week. Now it's Saturday and I'm having pretty moderate cramping. I feel like I'm going to get my period any minute. Any ideas?

I have the exact same thing. Came off the pill end of December. Cramped all through my cycle in Jan, badly. Got my period 3 days late. Just ovulated this Thursday gone and have had dull cramps since and the day of. Mainly on my right hand side. I think it's just the body getting back to real periods. I've found this time I've come off the pill very different to the first time with first baby. Everything seems a lot more sensitive this time. I had huge huge pregnancy symptoms last months I was 100% I was but it's was just the body getting back on track. Even had a large amount of cm the last few days which is unusual but time will tell
