Bleeding after BD 😳🙄?

BD with the fella today (I'm 2 days stopped AF) and I wouldn't say it was rough (maybe quite deep as I was on top?) but I started bleeding (bright red blood) towards the end? I've got no pain but it was quite a bit? Has anyone any ideas as I've never had anything like this before, we have had rough sex a lot of times before and even then I never bled? I don't bleed or spot between cycles either 🤔😓
