Does anyone else here suffer from PMDD? Also referred to as PDD. Mine is getting so bad I'm starting to suffer anxiety from it and am considering having my dog registered as an ESA. 😥

And I talk to my Dr about it alot she's also an obgyn so she helps me alot with that stuff

I do and my anxiety gets really bad especially if I don't think about it and try to control it it will get out of hand me and my so have problems sometimes cause we don't know how to deal with it Just yet, there are alot of things that can help you relax and control it I Judd Googled and researched about it,  the more I know about it the better I feel about being in control of it.
