White nipple discharge
Hi ladies
I am on CD 5 of a very light period cycle and after my shower tonight, inspecting both breasts, I saw a whitish colour on one nipple. When I squeezed it, white stuff came out of the nipple - it looks similar to what comes out when squeezing a whitehead.
I checked the other nipple and could see a whitish colour again, but nothing came out when I squeezed it. It doesn't hurt and doesn't have a bad smell.
It is the first time I experience this. Is this something to be worries about?
