4 weeks cramping

I've been feeling slight cramping (ever since before bfp) specifically on the left side. It feels warm and slightly bloated there too (although in not sure if it's in my head). The cramping is uncomfortable not painful. And I think mght have to do with some of the gas and diarrhea (sorry TMI)  I've also been having. Do other newly pregnant people feel this? Is it normal this early?
