I'm only 3dpo what is happening??

Last night while I was laying in bed I noticed tightness right below my belly button it felt like someone was squeezing twisting my insides..this afternoon I noticed some cramping like af is coming type. Also nauseous like no appetite really :( what is going on please help ☹️

Could be anything. I would say way too early for any type of pregnancy symptom

The stomach pain was probably just gas. 3dpo is way too early for any symptoms. Implantation most likely hasn't even happened yet.
