little bumps in my stretch marks that itch.

Can anyone tell me what these little bumps are? I know stretch marks are supposed to itch but I've never heard about itchy bumps on them. And what can I put on them to make them stop itching? I feel like I'm going to scratch myself to death. I know I shouldn't but I can't help it. 😫
