If everything checks out, try compression socks! They're great and reduce swelling

I would definitely call your doctor. Some swelling can be normal in pregnancy, but usually the later in pregnancy or aft r a lot of being on your feet. Swelling that comes in suddenly can be a dangerous warning sign.

However, I've been getting swollen ankles this last week, but my BP has actually gone down.

If you're sitting with your feet on the floor or standing all day, this can cause it. I've been dealing with mine using Epsom salt foot baths a couple of times a week, and laying with my feet raised up when I get home from work. By the next day, they're back to normal. My doctor seems pretty happy with this.

But do get checks out first, just to be safe.

You could have edema which is bad swelling also I had gestational hypertension my last pregnancy where my BP was a lil high and I had serious swelling that didn't go back down at all till 2-3 weeks after I had my son.
